Not only am I a photographer, ( very familiar with the event & weddings scene), I am also a Mother,  a lover of making all things beautiful, and an addict to creating the perfect event following agendas and timelines!

-2-3 Virtual meeting.

-Set up & Take down.

-Seating Arrangements.

-Schedule Managing.

-Organization Binder.

-Go to person for all Venues.

Month of Coordinator

 

Featuring a month before coverage.

-Including all Day of Package plus:

-4 virtual meetings.

-Follow ups with all Venues.

-Rehearsal dinner coordinating.

-Wedding Party accommodations.

-Completion of final checklist


 

Starting at $2000

 

 

6 month out coordinator

 


Including Month of Package plus:

-6 virtual meetings.

-Complete Venue referral & deals list (given at time of booking).

-Managing venue bookings

-Budget planning.

-Day of Vision board and Schedule.

-Pre location check & photos.
